This picturesque retreat built in Italian style with breathtaking views over the valley, the mountains and the sea. All rooms are large (34m2) with bathroom, safe and fantastic views. On the outside, the retreat is surrounded with beautiful gardens, a large pool and many inviting corners, ideal for relaxing and rest. This quiet and comfortable country hotel is located 300 m above sea level, approximately 5 miles inland from the attractive town of Altea. From all guest rooms you can see the blue horizon of the Mediterranean in the distance and although you can easily imagine the busy life of beachside tourists in high rise hotels down there, here you are able to relax in a peaceful natural setting. All 5 rooms are of a “junior suite” type, with an floor area of approximately 34 m2, full private bathroom, central heating, Mediterranean-style rustic furniture, TV with satellite system, DVD player and safe. All rooms face south with breathtaking views of both mountains and sea. The hotel property offers several nice spots for you to enjoy the tranquillity of our environment and the area's reliably good weather (about 320 days of sunshine a year). One favourite spot include the large 60m swimming pool, the patio underneath a shade tree or on the lawn with its palm trees.

The bed and breakfast apartment has7 balconies with excellent views of Las Ramblas from the second floor (without elevator). This apartment is also just a few minutes walk from the Colombus statue, the harbour, the seaside, the Cathedral and the Gothic area. Also very near Palau Guell, Casa Batlló and La Pedrera spectacular buildings by the famous architect, Gaudí. The room is newly furnished with one big king size double bed, private balcony, private living area and a private closet. There is also another double room with twins beds. A warm welcome awaits you at CasaNickel, which is under the personal supervision of the resident proprietors. CasaNickel is on the Costa Brava and is perfectly located for the beaches, golf courses, marinas and Girona Airport, which is 30 minutes away. For UK residents, daily flights are available into Girona from Birmingham, Bournemouth, East Midlands, Glasgow, Liverpool and Stanstead. The villa is located on a pine-clad hillside with wonderful views overlooking Palamos Bay and the surrounding countryside. A personal vehicle is highly recommended, for which there is ample parking space. There is a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi to relax in. Guest numbers are limited to six so the house and facilities are always peaceful. For your added comfort, the villa has a no smoking policy. Guest Rooms are superbly appointed with Satellite TV showing BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc; use of a computer with Broadband Internet access; an Internet telephone which is billed at a low rate for UK calls; hairdryers, and toiletries. Situated on the fringe of Girona's Barri Vell (old town), Casa Maria provides a wonderful opportunity to unwind for a few days or more. At the heart of the old town are the enchanting cobbled streets and houses of El Call, the medieval Jewish quarter, which for hundreds of years lay buried and long forgotten. Lying alongside the cathedral, the medieval town was rediscovered (to the astonishment of Girona's residents) as late as the 1970s. Casa Maria is a short stroll from some of Girona's finest restaurants, where locals and tourists alike enjoy the tapas and local cuisine. The English owned bed & breakfast is tucked away in a quiet and secluded corner of town, enjoying a completely traffic free environment, with the apartment's sun drenched balcony overlooking a peaceful garden courtyard. Casa Maria has excellent access to public transport, lying just a ten minute walk from mainline train and bus stations, and a 20 minute taxi ride from Girona airport. Casa Maria’s cosy guest rooms consist of one twin room and one single room. A tasty buffet breakfast is served between 8.30 AM and 10 in the dining room or on the terrace, consisting of freshly squeezed orange juice or tomato juice, cereals, fresh bread & croissants, jam, honey & marmalade, ham & cheese, yoghurt, pastries, cake and fresh fruit. El Reces de Corca

El Recés is a 15th century rural hotel, recently renovated to a high specification. El Recés is situated in the medieval village of Corçà, between Girona & the coast. Part of the house is above the Portal Santa Maria, the old village East Gate and passageway. Ensuite rooms have their own individual character, with terraces, balconies and patios. There is one suite & all are spacious enough for 'family' rooms. Bathrooms have a contemporary design, combining rustic stone and marble with the highest specification fittings. The original well now houses a glass-bottomed shower. The lounge and terraces are on the top floors, affording delightful views over the village and surrounding countryside. The lounge has English satellite TV and DVD facilities. All rooms have fridge, breakfast area, private bathroom, tea & coffee facilities and thermostatic heating, Corçà is perfectly located in the midst of all the golf courses and within 20 minutes of Girona City and the coast. Las Nenas B&B is a cozy and private bed and breakfast located in the small medieval town of Jafre, one of the many medieval towns that dot the province of Girona in northeast Catalunya, Spain near the Costa Brava. The small town is surrounded by fields and forests, perfect for rambling, close to all the resorts, yet tranquil. The house itself is a typical casa de poble -- house in the town -- dating back to the early 18th century, yet recently restored. The house features 3 double non-smoking rooms to rent: Núria is a shady double room with trees and birds to lull you to rest; Maria Juanita is a large double room with a window overlooking the patio garden, the scent of the rose arbor floating in as you take a break in your private seating area; and Laura is a bright and colorful double room with a view over the Ter river valley. The 3 rooms share 2 baths. Guests are free to use the 2 salons, the dining room and a large, sunny garden. Breakfast is continental featuring local sausages and cheeses, as well as coffee, tea, cereals, yogurt, pastries and fruit. Las Mariposas is a 200 year old farmhouse located in traditional Spain among the orange groves just outside Rojales. Las Mariposas is located 36 kilometers south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, just inland from Guardamar del Segura. Set in its own secluded grounds, it offers two high-class self-catering studio apartments for renting all year round. It has a history too. It was once the home of the Count of Lo Marabu. The land it stands on, and for miles around was given to the Count by the Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. You will enjoy the sunny climate and tranquility of this setting and the use of the owners' swimming pool. The Costa Blanca has much to offer the holiday-maker where historic towns are set amid superb scenery and the rural pace of life remains undisturbed. Finding this other side of Spain away from the tourist centres is a challenge and a delight. Only a ten minute drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina. Just 20 minutes away is Torrevieja and 30 minutes to the airports of Alicante and Murcia. There are many beautiful and challenging golf courses within easy putting distance, which makes it a perfect location for golfers. The flat and safe roads in the area together with the mountains a few kilometers away are just right for the serious cyclist. There are all the usual recreational, shopping and sporting facilities close to hand.

Villa Lillian Bed and Breakfast studio is located approximately 250 metres from the La Marquesa Golf and Country club. It adjoins the owners villa and has its own private patio area. The studio is en-suite and has a communal swimming pool. It enjoys a rural location with a superb road network to all major areas of interest. The studio is approximately 4.5 km from Guardamar beach resort which is a ten minute drive. Further afield you will find the beaches of Alicante, Santa Pola, Torreveija, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and many many more. They are all Blue flag beaches. On the Costa Blanca coast line there is of course the resorts of Benidorm, Valencia, and to the south La Manga. All these resorts are within easy driving distance, thanks to the excellent road network. The bed and breakfast overlooks the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, this is an 18 hole championship course. In the close proximity of La Maquesa there are another 4 golf courses. The nearest Airport is Alicante which is approximately 25 miles away. The next Airport is Murcia (San Javier) which is approximately 35 miles away. Apart from Ciudad Quesada where the studio is located, there is the village of Rojales which is 1.5 km away, it has a typical Spanish market on a Thursday. In the immediate area there are countless shops, bars and restaurants. There are banks, chemists, and supermarkets. For those who like to explore there are the beautiful towns of Elche, Orihuela, Murcia, and lots more. The studio is ideal for inspection trips, completion trips, as well as an holiday.

Villa Pico

Villa Pico is located in the town of Sella, Spain in the beautiful Aitana mountain area near the Costa Blanca beaches. Sella is a beautiful, authentic village, where the nature is spectacular. The town is only 18 kilometers from the beach of Villajoyosa and not more then 25 kilometers from Benidorm. Alicante is only 40 kilometers away. While staying at Villa Pico you will have amazing and breathtaking views of the village. The rooms at Villa Pico all offer a view over Sella, the mountains and the sea. In the morning a continental breakfast is served on the terrace with spectacular views over the surroundings. In the afternoon from 2 o’clock on, you can enjoy the food in one of Sella's restaurants. The terraces and gardens at Villa Pico are situated on different levels, so that every terrace offers great views and privacy. Villa Pico has three rooms for rent, one room with shower and toilet ensuite and two rooms that share one bathroom. It’s possible to put an extra bed in all the rooms. In Villa Pico all the rooms are non-smoking. Animals are not allowed. In the garden there is a swimming pool with views to the Puig Campana as well as the village. The terraces and gardens offer beautiful views of the terraces, that were started by the Moor some 1000 years ago and the Puig Campana mountain. On a clear day you can even spot a ship on the Mediterranean. Sella is a fantastic place to spend your holiday. It is particularly interesting for people who engage in walking, biking, hang gliding and mountaineering. Because of the mild climate in Sella these sports are practised the whole year round. As Sella is very near to the coast, it's perfectly possible to combine your nature holiday with a visit to the beach and excursions to Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Albir, Calpe, etc. Staying at Villa Pico allows you to enjoy this typical Spanish village with its friendly people and good restaurants along with the charm of Costa Blanca and its beaches.
