The Briar Rose Inn

The Briar Rose is run by Zen monks, whose intention is to bring mindfulness and compassion to the care for their guests and the inn. The gardens offer a private retreat — for personal reflection, a warm conversation or simply enjoying the many different plants, flowers, trees and shrubs. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, and is an inviting spot for reading, meeting with friends, or enjoying a fine pot of tea with fresh baked shortbread cookies. Guests and staff may sit in the humble meditation room and listen to the small waterfall in the garden below. The inn serves a full, organic breakfast in the dining room or on the cheery sun porch, weather permitting. Arrangements can be made for in-room service. The inn belongs to two state bed and breakfast associations, the Distinctive Inns of Colorado, and the Bed and Breakfast Innkeepers of Colorado. The inn is also inspected by AAA and are members of the Green Hotel Association, Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association, and the Professional Association of Innkeepers International. Cascade

Rocky Mountain Lodge & Cabins

Built in 1936 as a summer home, the lodge was turned into a bed & breakfast inn in 1997 and is decorated with period pieces. The bed & breakfast inn is a rustic, elegant log lodge nestled in the Rocky Mountains on 2½ acres graced by mature Spruce and Ponderosa Pines, surrounded by a grove of scrub oaks and lavender bushes, 10 miles west of Colorado Springs, at the base of Pikes Peak. The lodge is constructed of log siding, oak hardwood floors, and knotty pine interior, for a true "lodge" look and feel. It has 5 uniquely furnished rooms, each with private baths, queen beds, and cable TV/VCRs, some having private balconies and sitting benches. Also on the property is a gazebo, and in season a volleyball net, horseshoes and croquet for outdoor enjoyment. Relax in the outdoor hot tub while taking in the beautiful foothill mountains by day and the western stars by night. Log Cabin Bed and Breakfast

The Log Cabin Bed & Breakfast is a unique Pioneer log style home built in 1891 by Sam and Kate Lovett. In 1995, the "Lovett House" was designated a Colorado State Historic site. The Lovett House opened its doors to the public in 1894 as the first post office in Cedaredge. The Log Cabin is conveniently located 20 minutes from the Grand Mesa on 2 acres of magnificent old trees (Colorado's Champion White Ash) and garden spaces. The grounds are a sanctuary for birds and a respite for guests. Play croquette, horseshoes, badminton and end the day in our hot tub gazing at the stars. The Gallery Bed and Breakfast

A unique stay in Grand Junction in the home of professional artist Damian Radice. Over the years, this property has evolved into an artists' haven, housing the studios of three local artists. Damian's pottery studio and kiln yard offer guests the opportunity to learn about the art of pottery making. During your stay, please visit the ceramics studio where you can observe a stoneware or raku demonstration, or arrange a private lesson. In addition, there are inviting spaces inside and out where guests may relax, enjoy the art around them, read, watch TV or movies, or snuggle by a warm fire. Canyon Crest Lodge is a traditionally built English house, which the local people have named 'the Englishman's Castle'. Canyon Crest Lodge, as its name implies is built near the edge of the canyon in wild and natural surroundings and therefore we do not recommend it for children under the age of twelve. Enjoy our English hospitality and stay in one of our 'Castle Suites.' Canyon Crest Lodge was built entirely by us and we are proud of our achievement. We will be happy to share the secrets of the traditionally built rock structure with 18' thick walls. We have recently built an addition to our already large deck area to house a 'Hot Tub/Spa' so one can still enjoy the views across the Canyon, Valleys and the Mountain Peaks whilst soaking in the spa.

Whistle Stop

Whistle Stop Bed & Breakfast is in a home built in 1987; contemporary in design and decor, it is decorated in a bright and cheerful manner. Clean and roomy for all of your travel necessities, each of the three guest rooms has a queen bed and a private bath, with bathtub and shower, clock radio, closet and drawer clothing storage. A five person hot tub on the deck with fabulous views of the Continental Divide peaks and the Winter Park Ski Resort rounds out the physical amenities. Start your day right with a complete down-home breakfast, Whistle Stop style, that always features freshly ground and brewed coffee, a wide selection of teas, fruit juice and fresh fruit salad. Homemade biscuits or toast, potatoes, thick sliced bacon or sausage and eggs cooked to your taste are standard fare; occasional options include pancakes, waffles, or French toast with pure maple syrup.
