| Cancellation Policy: | Due to Nantucket's
unique location, we rely on advance reservations. A cancelled suite
cannot always be filled. Your deposit is refundable only with advance
written notice received at least 21 days prior to your arrival.
Reservations for multiple suites or week-long stays require at least 45
days written notice. There is a service charge of 10% of the total
reservation charge to process all refunds. All refunds will be confirmed
in writing. A cancellation number is given upon cancellation of a
reservation. This number must be duly noted to confirm your
cancellation. Late boat and plane arrivals will not jeopardize your reservations, however a vacancy caused by a late arrival or an early departure will be considered a cancellation and is not refundable. In the event of failure to notify the Inn prior to the 21 or 45 day period, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be responsible for the full rate of the reservation for any nights that cannot be re-booked. |

Formerly, The Holland Inn Restaurant, The Lazy Bean was renovated as a bed & breakfast in 2002 to offer its guests a peaceful place to spend some time away.
