Nestled in the pines this 1851 colonial is a gem featuring ten foot ceilings, original center hall staircase with carvings, original wooden floors throughout. Rooms are beautifully appointed with meaningful family treasures spanning generations. The hosts with their warmth, friendliness, and personal touches create an atmosphere of serenity enabling guests to feel as if they were with family. Guests read in front of the fireplace, sip tea on the veranda in the summer, eat a full breakfast by candlelight on an elegantly set table. Half block to Main Street which looks like a model for a Norman Rockwell creation. Cornell Inn

The Cornell Inn is located in the heart of historic Lenox village. A three guesthouse inn with buildings that date back to 1777. The inn's Main House (c. 1888) is a Victorian with 10 guest rooms. The Carriage House, circa 1889, is decorated in a country primitive style. Two of the suites in the Carriage House each offer a full kitchen, perfect for long term guests. The MacDonald House, a private family home built in 1777, has 10 guest rooms, each decorated in the Colonial style. Cancellation Policy: Due to Nantucket's unique location, we rely on advance reservations. A cancelled suite cannot always be filled. Your deposit is refundable only with advance written notice received at least 21 days prior to your arrival. Reservations for multiple suites or week-long stays require at least 45 days written notice. There is a service charge of 10% of the total reservation charge to process all refunds. All refunds will be confirmed in writing. A cancellation number is given upon cancellation of a reservation. This number must be duly noted to confirm your cancellation.

Late boat and plane arrivals will not jeopardize your reservations, however a vacancy caused by a late arrival or an early departure will be considered a cancellation and is not refundable. In the event of failure to notify the Inn prior to the 21 or 45 day period, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be responsible for the full rate of the reservation for any nights that cannot be re-booked.

Onset

Lazy Bean Bed and Breakfast

The Lazy Bean is a unique Victorian bed & breakfast located directly on Onset Bay. Formerly, The Holland Inn Restaurant, The Lazy Bean was renovated as a bed & breakfast in 2002 to offer its guests a peaceful place to spend some time away. With its simple seaside elegance and beautifully landscaped grounds, you are sure to enjoy your stay. After awakening to the smell of coffee, all B&B guests are treated to a three course candlelight breakfast. Just steps from the door, you will be greeted by the white sandy private beach where you will find warm waters, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas and a pedal boat. After a hard day of soaking up the sun, you can unwind in the hot tub (open year round), enjoy a stroll through the charming streets of Onset Village or kick back on the front porch. The Lazy Bean is just a short stroll along the bay to Onset Village where you will find casual and formal dining, kayak & boat rentals, canal cruises, fishing, shopping and more. The Lazy Bean is a short drive to two golf courses, miniature golf, water parks and antique stores. Within approximately 30 minutes to historic Plymouth Center, Hyannis and New Bedford and 1 hour from Boston, Provincetown and Newport, RI. The B&B is open for year round enjoyment and is equipped with central air. In days gone by, The Card Lake Inn was originally built as a stagecoach stop in 1805 to rest the horses and provide lodging for the crew and passengers. Norman Rockwell was known to have frequented our English style tavern after his local haircuts. This charming colonial inn offers comfortable lodging in warm informal surroundings. Most guest rooms have private bath, air conditioning, brass beds, quilts and antiques. We offer a delicious homemade breakfast which is served in the beautiful outdoor cafe, weather permitting.
