Sutherland House Bed and Breakfast InnWe are located just 1.5 miles from Main Street and at the top of Canandaigua Lake in the beautiful Finger Lakes area of Upstate New York. We are situated on 5 acres and surrounded by rolling farmlands. Our setting offers quiet and solitude but is convenient to wonderful restaurants, festivals, lake activities, skiing, concerts, antiquing and outlet shopping, and so much more. Our home, built in 1885 by Henry C. Sutherland has been featured on many local tours. The 6,000 square feet mansion has been lovingly restored, updated with taste and renovated to combine the charm of yesteryear with the conveniences of today. Each morning a breakfast party is served.
