The William Hand HouseThe William Hand House was built circa 1829 as one of Amagansett's first guest houses to accommodate the many summer visitors and artists who even then frequented the East End. Our guest rooms feature king, queen or twin beds, country antiques, private bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs or showers, ceiling fans, in room refrigerators and cable TV/VCR. The bay beaches (which are quieter, warmer and have less waves) are only 5 minutes away. Rent a kayak, go horseback riding, antiquing, wine tasting, visit an art gallery or shop. There are several fine restaurants within walking distance. We are only 5 minutes from East Hampton and 15 minutes from Montauk. Amagansett is an upscale resort area where you will enjoy beautiful beaches, celebrity watching, and magnificent dining. Breakfast is served from 9 - 11 AM in winter and 8:30 - 10:30 AM in summer. |
